Expert interview for features and demands of systematic retrofitting of urban residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone

摘  要:相变储能一般是利用相变材料的熔化和凝固进行热量的储存和释放,具有储能密度高、相变温度恒定等优点,是实现节能减排的重要举措。但是目前常见的相变材料普遍存在导热系数低导致储能速率较低的问题,不利于相变储能的实际应用。本文对目前相变储能传热强化技术进行了分类,综述了研究中常见的传热强化技术,包括添加翅片、高导热纳米粒子和多孔介质等单一传热强化技术,2种单一传热强化技术耦合形成的组合传热强化技术,以及采用梯级相变材料和增强对流传热的强化技术。研究了各类技术的应用案例,分析了技术存在的优缺点。最后对传热强化技术的发展进行了总结,展望了未来技术的发展方向。The performance and functional problems of the old urban residential buildings(OURB)in the hot summer and cold winter zone are very complicated without comprehensive theoretical research considering both building features and retrofitting demands from residents.To clarify the features and demands of systematic retrofitting of OURB in this region,12 experts with more than five years of experience in policymaking,technologies,engineering and design for the retrofitting of OURB are investigated by the semi-structured interview method to collect qualitative data on their experiences and opinions based on the systematic retrofitting theory of existing residential buildings.Consensus and disagreement analysis of the interview results indicates that the features of OURB include low indoor comfort level and living quality,various preferences from residents,and a lack of incentive policy for retrofitting.Demands of systematic retrofitting of OURB are revealed as improvement of building living comfort and functions,including lift installation,retrofitting of windows and roofs,and winter heating systems.Comparatively,energy conservation and low-carbon careers are not attractive to residents.This research can provide reliable information from authoritative experts to contribute to the future development of systematic retrofitting of OURB and relevant policymaking.
