摘  要:青藏高原乡村与农牧区通常地域偏远孤立、用能保障性差,但高原太阳能资源富集。本文基于高原乡村与农牧区住宅的建筑热工现状和用能需求特征分析,提出了“建筑围护结构差异化保温+被动式太阳能技术+主动太阳能供暖供电+分时分区利用”的零碳建筑技术路径,给出了3类适宜的太阳能驱动零碳建筑及能源系统技术方案和设计要点。结合具体工程案例对所述零碳建筑技术方案进行了探讨,相关内容可为太阳能富集区乡村和农牧区住宅零碳化运行及太阳能技术推广应用提供参考。The rural and agricultural and pastoral areas of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau are usually remote and isolated,with poor energy security,but the plateau is rich in solar energy resources.Based on the analysis of thermal status and energy demand characteristics of residential buildings in plateau rural and agricultural and pastoral areas,this paper proposes a zero-carbon building technology path of“differentiated building insulation priority,passive solar energy technology,active solar heating and power supply,and time division and zoning utilization”,and gives three appropriate solar-driven zero-carbon buildings and energy system technology solutions and design points.Combined with specific engineering cases,the zero-carbon building technology solutions mentioned are discussed,and the relevant contents can provide references for the zero-carbon operation of residential buildings in rural and agricultural and pastoral areas in solar energy-rich areas and the promotion and application of solar energy technology.
