摘 要:在输电线路检修作业中,攀登钢管塔、角钢超高塔时普遍存在较大的人员高摔风险,严重威胁到作业人员的生命安全。尤其在“4·9”人身事故发生后,新修订安规要求作业人员爬塔或爬杆期间不得失去安全保护。对此,北京地区积极探索新技术、新工具,安装防坠落装置,提高作业人员登塔安全性。本文简要介绍北京地区现有输电线路高空防坠落措施,围绕固定式防坠落装置分析其适用性并提出改进建议。In the maintenance operation of transmission lines,there is a significant risk of personnel falling when climbing steel tubular tower and angle steel super tall towers,which seriously threatens the safety of the operators.Especially after the"4.9"accident,the newly revised safety regulations require that operators must not lose safety protection while climbing towers or poles.In response,Beijing Electric Power Company actively explores new technologies and devices,such as installs fall prevention devices to enhance the safety of operators climbing the tower.This article briefly introduces the existing high-altitude anti fall measures for transmission lines in Beijing,analyzes the applicability of fixed anti fall devices,and proposes the improvement suggestions.
