摘 要:当前中低压配网高损设备存在治理周期偏长、高度依赖人工、效果难以评估等问题,文章融合网上电网系统电力大数据,深化应用一体化电量与线损管理系统,从线损工单闭环管理、高损原因智能诊断、降损方案模拟仿真3个方面构建分析模型,开展线损工单统计分析、高损原因诊断评价、降损方案定量评估,实现高损设备治理时限压缩42%,基层线损管控人员工作量减少56%,中低压配网线损率下降至2.5%,探索新型电力系统背景下高损设备分析治理新模式。Currently,high-loss equipment in medium and low voltage distribution networks has problems such as a long governance cycle,high reliance on manual labor,and difficult evaluation of effects.This paper integrates the power big data of the"planning information system 2.0"and deepens the application of integrated power and line loss management system.An analysis model is constructed from three aspects:closed-loop management of line loss work orders,intelligent diagnosis of high-loss causes,and simulation of loss reduction schemes.Statistical analysis of line loss work orders,diagnostic evaluation of high-loss causes,and quantitative evaluation of loss reduction schemes are carried out.The governance time limit of high-loss equipment is compressed by 42%,the workload of grass-roots line loss management personnel is reduced by 56%,and the line loss rate of medium and low voltage distribution networks is reduced to 2.5%,So,a novel mode for analyzing and treating high-loss equipment under the background of a new power system is explored.
