摘  要:为提升四川凉山地区烟叶的烘烤质量和效率,文章设计了一款集温湿度、图像采集等物联网技术的智能烤房监测硬件系统,实现对烤房内温湿度的实时监测、烟叶烘烤状态检测以及远程烤房管理。系统由图像采集模块、温湿度监测模块、数据传输模块和监测平台组成。实验表明,系统能准确采集烤房内温湿度数据和烟叶图像,数据传输稳定可靠,提高了烟叶烘烤的智能化水平,提升了烟叶烘烤质量和烟农的工作效率。To enhance the quality and efficiency of tobacco curing in the Liangshan Sichuan region,an intelligent monitoring hardware system for curing barns incorporating IoT technologies,including temperature,humidity,and image acquisition capabilities,is proposed.The system enables real-time monitoring of environmental parameters within curing barns,tobacco leaf curing status detection,and remote barn management functionality.The hardware architecture comprises four main components:an image acquisition module,a temperature and humidity monitoring module,a data transmission module,and a monitoring platform.Experimental results demonstrate that the system successfully achieves accurate acquisition of environmental data and tobacco leaf images within curing barns,featuring stable and reliable data transmission.The implementation significantly improves the automation level of tobacco curing processes,providing technical support for enhancing both tobacco curing quality and farmers’operational efficiency.
