摘　　要：在新工科背景下,电子信息类专业的产教融合培养模式成为提升人才培养质量的重要途径。随着科技和产业的快速发展,传统高等教育模式已难以满足社会对复合型、创新型人才的需求,特别是在电子信息领域。为应对这一挑战,高校须突破学科壁垒,推动教育与行业需求的深度融合,优化人才培养模式,现代产业学院等平台为深化产教融合提供了有效载体。淮阴师范学院在电子信息类专业的培养中,仍面临课程体系滞后、实践教学不足和校企合作深度不够等问题。为此,学院提出构建多层次协同机制,深化产学研合作,通过教育链与产业链的紧密对接,推动人才培养与行业需求的精准对接,为地方经济发展和行业技术创新提供高素质技术人才。In the context of new engineering education,the integration of industry and education in training models for electronic information-related majors has become a critical approach to enhancing the quality of talent development.With the rapid advancement of science,technology,and industry,traditional higher education models are increasingly unable to meet the demand for interdisciplinary and innovative talent,particularly in the field of electronic information.To address the challenges,universities must overcome disciplinary boundaries,promote the deep integration of education with industry needs,and optimize talent cultivation models.Significant progress has been made in Jiangsu Province in this regard,with platforms such as modern industry colleges serving as effective vehicles for advancing industry-education integration.However,Huaiyin Normal University still faces challenges in the cultivation of electronic information-related majors,including an outdated curriculum structure,inadequate practical training,and insufficient depth in schoolenterprise cooperation.In response,the university proposes the establishment of a multitiered collaborative mechanism,the deepening of industry-university-research cooperation,and the promotion of a closer alignment between the education and industry chains.This will facilitate the accurate alignment of talent cultivation with industry needs and contribute to the provision of high-quality technical talent for local economic development and technological innovation in the industry.
