摘 要:为明确不同硅浓度对设施葡萄生理以及果实品质的影响,筛选出最佳喷施浓度与喷施时期,为葡萄生产提供理论和技术支持。以克瑞森葡萄作为研究材料,在葡萄3个生理时期(开花、坐果和膨大期)喷施4种不同浓度梯度的可溶性硅,分析测定各时期不同处理下葡萄生理特性和果实品质的变化。结果表明,在葡萄3个不同生理时期喷施硅均显著提高葡萄叶片的叶绿素相对含量,提高APX、SOD、POD、CAT活性,降低MDA含量,显著降低果实转色期的葡萄白粉病病情指数。在果实品质方面,葡萄的横径、纵径、单粒重和穗重均高于对照,可溶性固形物在666、1 332、2 000 mg·L^(-1)处理下明显提高,维生素C含量提高且总酸含量降低。综上分析,对葡萄喷施可溶性硅可以提升葡萄的白粉病抗性以及果实品质,且喷施硅浓度在2 000 mg·L^(-1)时效果最好,可作为设施葡萄克瑞森喷施硅的理想浓度。To evaluate the effects of silicon concentrations on the physiological traits and fruit quality of grapes in facility agriculture,selected the optimal concentration and suitable time of the silicon spraying,and provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for grape production.In this study,with Crimson grape was used as the study material,four different concentrations of soluble silicon were sprayed at three different physiological stages of grape(flowering,fruit setting and fruit expansion).The physiological indexes and fruit quality were determined and analyzed at different concentration of three physiological stages.The results showed that the content of chlorophyll and the activities of APX,SOD,POD and CAT spraying silicon were significantly increased by sprayed silicon at three physiological stages in grape leaves;On the contrary,the content of MDA and the disease index of powdery mildew were noticeably decreased at the fruit coloring stage of grape.For fruit quality,the transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,single grain weight and spike weight of grape were higher than the control.The soluble solids were significantly increased under the 666,1332 and 2000 mg·L^(-1) treatments,and the content of vitamin C was increased,and the content of total acid was decreased.In conclusion,spraying soluble silicon improves both powdery mildew resistance and fruit quality of facility grapes.The concentration of 2000 mg·L^(-1) soluble silicon was considered optimal concentration for spraying silicon to facility Crimson grape.
