摘  要:针对某炼油厂PRT-C/PRT-D半再生重整装置反应参数异常的问题,对各反应器催化剂的元素含量和孔结构分布进行量化分析,发现第二反应器催化剂碳质量分数达22.6%,与新鲜剂相比,孔径分布中较大的孔占比显著增加,部分催化剂由灰色变为白色。分析催化剂的失活原因为原料油水污染和再生烧结失活。此外,阐述了催化剂受水污染和烧结失活后的危害,并指出了催化剂再生过程中烧焦、氯化更新、还原和硫化等步骤中的关键要素。In response to the issue of abnormal reaction parameters in the PRT-C/PRT-D semi-regenerative reforming unit of a certain refinery,a quantitative analysis is conducted on the elemental content and pore structure distribution of catalysts in each reactor.The analysis results show that the carbon mass content of the catalyst in the second reactor reaches 22.6%,and the pore volume distribution shifts towards larger pores,with some catalysts changing from gray to white.The deactivation of the catalyst is caused by water pollution in feedstock and deactivation during regeneration sintering.In addition,the hazards of catalyst deactivationby water and sintering are elaborated,and the key elements of the four steps of catalyst regeneration including sintering,chlorination renewal,reduction and sulfurization are pointed out.
