摘 要:长江经济带某在役油库部分区域地下水受到石油烃污染,并且污染持续向下游迁移扩散。基于在役石化场地管线和设施密集、易燃易爆、施工作业空间小等特点,开展了风险管控工程技术体系示范应用。该示范工程采用上游水动力阻隔墙-中游拦截抽出沟-下游可渗透反应墙的综合措施,对3种技术进行集成创新,整合和优化关键技术参数,以控制污染迁移速度、削减重污染羽范围及强化修复下游轻度污染。结果表明,该风险管控体系连续运行61 d后,高浓度地下水重污染羽面积可削减96.98%,下游地下水可萃取性石油烃(C10~C40)污染达到管控目标,消除了地下水污染对人体和生态环境健康风险。Part of the groundwater in an in-service oil depot in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has been contaminated by petroleum hydrocarbons,and groundwater contamination continued to migrate and spread downstream.Based on the characteristics of dense pipelines and facilities,flammable and explosive,and small construction space of in-service petrochemical sites,this demonstration project adopts several groundwater risk control technologies.The demonstration project adopts a comprehensive measure of upstream hydrodynamic interception,midstream interception and extraction trench,and downstream permeable reaction wall(PRB),integrating and innovating three technologies,and integrating and optimizing key technical parameters to control the speed of contamination migration,reduce the area of high concentration contaminant plume and strengthen the restoration of mild contamination in the downstream.The demonstration results show that after 61 days of continuous operation of the risk control system,the area of high concentration contaminant plume has been reduced by 96.98%,the extractable petroleum hydrocarbon(C 10-C 40)contamination of downstream groundwater reached the risk control goal,eliminating the health risk of groundwater contamination to human being and ecological environment.
