摘　　要：AI时代的到来为高校图书馆学科服务智慧化发展提供了新的机遇和研究思路,亦对学科馆员的能力素养提出了新的更高要求。文章通过分析不同技术背景下学科馆员能力发展的逻辑历程,探讨在人工智能技术赋能智慧图书馆建设阶段学科馆员的角色转型,提出从理念认同、知识共创、深入对话三个层面将生成式AI嵌入学科馆员专业发展的未来进路,并辩证思考AI技术赋能下学科馆员突破信息迷雾、提升自身AI力,向专业化、智慧化发展的应然之义。The arrival of AI era provides new opportunities and research ideas for the intelligent development of subject services in university libraries,and also puts forward new and higher requirements for the ability and literacy of subject librarians.By analyzing the logical process of the development of subject librarian’s ability under different technical backgrounds,this paper discusses the role transformation of subject librarian in the construction stage of intelligent library empowered by artificial intelligence technology,puts forward the future path of embedding generative AI into the professional development of subject librarian from three aspects:concept identification,knowledge co-creation and in-depth dialogue,and dialectically thinks about the proper meaning of subject librarian’s professional and intelligent development under AI technology empowerment.
