摘　　要：在信息技术飞速发展的背景下,向数字化时代知识服务中心转变成为图书馆服务模式创新的关键,从资源能力到服务能力的转型是现代智慧型图书馆的必经之路,开展图书馆创新服务,推动图书馆快速适应数智时代已成为必然之势。文章以CNKI为数据源,借助可视化工具构建知识图谱,从发文量、关键词聚类、关键词突现、文献引用等角度,对现有研究进行脉络梳理及深入分析,针对数智化过程中面临的技术、数据隐私与安全以及人员素质等问题,提出具体的解决方案和路径建议。通过优化技术基础设施、推动数据共享、加强人员培训等手段,旨在提升图书馆服务的智能化、个性化和高效化水平,提出切勿“始于技术又终于技术”,建立以“数”为基,以“智”为方向的服务理念,更好地满足用户日益增长的信息需求,推动图书馆事业的持续发展。In the context of rapid development of information technology,transforming into a knowledge service center in the digital age has become the key to innovation in library service models.The transformation from resource capability to service capability is a necessary path for modern intelligent libraries.Carrying out library innovation services and promoting libraries to quickly adapt to the digital age has become an inevitable trend.The article uses CNKI as the data source and constructs a knowledge graph with the help of visualization tools.From the perspectives of publication volume,keyword clustering,keyword emergence,and literature citation,the existing research is sorted out and analyzed in depth.Specific solutions and path suggestions are proposed to address the technical,data privacy and security,and personnel quality issues faced in the process of digitization.By optimizing technological infrastructure,promoting data sharing,and strengthening personnel training,the aim is to enhance the intelligence,personalization,and efficiency of library services.It is proposed not to start with technology and end with technology,but to establish a service concept based on"numbers"and oriented towards“intelligence”to better meet the growing information needs of users and promote the sustainable development of the library industry.
