摘 要:仅以用户使用数据分析已不足以全面支撑资源采购策略的科学制定,为了更精准地满足用户需求,提升资源利用效率,高校图书馆还需深入调研用户的实际需求、使用体验以及满意度等多维度信息。文章通过对燕山大学图书馆用户电子资源使用与需求进行调研,从用户使用电子资源现状、资源类型偏好、使用动机与障碍等多维度进行分析。发现电子资源在高校学习与研究中普及度高,但仍有优化空间,不同用户群体在资源需求和服务方式上存在差异,用户反馈障碍明显。文章提出,图书馆要深化用户认知,强化技术支持,优化资源管理及以用户需求为导向,优化内容与服务等提升电子资源利用率的策略。Relying solely on user usage data analysis is insufficient to fully support the scientific formulation of resource acquisition strategies.In order to more accurately meet user needs and improve resource utilization efficiency,university libraries also need to conduct in-depth investigations into users’actual needs,usage experiences,satisfaction,and other multi-dimensional information.This study conducted a survey on the use and needs of electronic resources among users of Yanshan University Library,and analyzed multiple dimensions including the current status of users’electronic resource utilization,preferences for resource types,usage motivations,and obstacles.It was found that electronic resources are highly prevalent in university learning and research,but there is still room for optimization.Different user groups exhibit differences in resource needs and service preferences,and user feedback indicates significant obstacles.The study proposes strategies for libraries to enhance electronic resource utilization rates by deepening user understanding,strengthening technical support,optimizing resource management,and orienting content and services towards user needs.
