摘　　要：智能时代,知识与智慧成为人自由全面发展的基石,信息改变了人们工作、生活、学习的方式,增加了人们的知识与智慧,提供了更加高效与高质量的服务。但是随着人们对信息依赖程度的加深,信息也随之发生了异化,主要表现形式有信息茧房、信息焦虑、信息沉溺、信息盲从等。产生信息异化的内因在于主体性的缺失,外因在于技术发展中工具理性的彰显与价值理性的不足,社会发展与生产要素的转变亦起到推波助澜的作用。消解信息异化对于社会的发展、人的价值体现至关重要,要深刻分析信息异化的成因,增强主体在智能社会中发挥的作用,提升价值理性在技术开发中的地位,提升全民数字素养,构建以人为本、人与信息和谐发展的文明社会的新形态。In the intelligent era,knowledge and wisdom have become the cornerstone of free and comprehensive development of human beings,and information has changed the way people work,live and learn,increased their knowledge and wisdom,and provided more efficient and high-quality services.However,with the deepening of people's dependence on information,information is also alienated,the main manifestations of which are information cocoon,information anxiety,information indulgence,information blindness,and so on.The internal cause of information alienation lies in the lack of subjectivity,the external cause lies in the manifestation of instrumental rationality and the insufficiency of value rationality in the technological development,and the social development and the transformation of production factors have also played a role in promoting the alienation.The elimination of information alienation is crucial to the development of society and the embodiment of human values,and it is necessary to deeply analyze the causes of information alienation,enhance the role of the subject in the intelligent society,raise the status of value rationality in technological development,improve the digital literacy of the entire population,and build a new form of civilized society that is human-centered and in which human beings and information are developed in harmony.
