摘　　要：知识服务是影响健康管理的重要因素,然而在数智环境下,如何发挥医疗健康数据要素的乘数效应,通过知识共享和协同创新实现数智资源的有效整合,进而推动医疗健康知识服务数智化转型的机理尚不清晰。文章基于全生命周期健康服务理论,解析数智医疗健康知识服务生态系统的概念内涵,分析其典型特征和构成要素,并运用系统工程方法论——霍尔三维结构模型阐释数智医疗健康知识服务生态系统的运行机理。研究为促进数智技术与医疗健康的深度融合以及实现医疗健康知识服务的创新发展和转型升级提供了理论参考和决策支持。Knowledge service is a critical factor influencing health management.However,in the digital-intelligent environment,the mechanism for leveraging the multiplier effect of medical and health data elements,achieving effective integration of digital-intelligent resources through knowledge sharing and collaborative innovation,and thereby promoting the digital-intelligent transformation of medical and health knowledge services remains unclear.Based on the theory of full lifecycle health services,this paper analyzes the conceptual connotation of the digital-intelligent medical and health knowledge service ecosystem,examines its typical characteristics and constituent elements,and employs the systems engineering methodology—Hall's three-dimensional structure model—to elucidate the operational mechanism of the digital-intelligent medical and health knowledge service ecosystem.The study provides theoretical references and decision-making support for promoting the deep integration of digital-intelligent technologies with medical and health services,as well as for realizing the innovative development and transformation of medical and health knowledge services.
