新时代马克思主义社会形态理论体系建构的路径探索——以“黎虎三形态说”为中心

摘　　要：黎虎所提出的“无君群聚”社会—“王权众庶”社会—“皇权吏民”社会“三形态说”对于新时代探索建构中国自主的马克思主义社会形态理论体系具有极为重要的方法论意义。该理论以以马克思主义为指导、符合中国历史实际、学术话语本土化作为建构目标,从而科学回答了建构什么样的社会形态理论体系之问。该理论坚持以社会主要矛盾的变化作为古史分期的标准、在研判历史演进和社会运行机制中实现理论创新、在历史实际中检验理论等方法论原则,从而系统回答了怎样建构社会形态理论体系之问。反思此说及其他社会形态理论学说,新时代在建构中国自主的马克思主义社会形态理论体系时,还要处理好学术话语本土化与话语体系共识性的矛盾,避免落入“一刀切”的窠臼。The“group living without king”,“kingship vs.groups of multitudes”and“imperial power vs.official-civilian”three forms theory which was put forward by Li Hu,has extremely important methodological significance for exploring of constructing the Chinese independent theoretical systems of Marxist social formation in the new era.This theory proposes to be guided by Marxism,conforming to the reality of Chinese history,and the localization of academic discourse as its construction goal,therefore,scientifically answered the question of what kind of theoretical systems of social formation to construct.The theory adheres to the methodological principles of taking the change of social principal contradiction as the standard of the Periodic division of ancient Chinese history,achieving theoretical innovation in studying historical evolution and social operation mechanisms,and testing theories in historical practice,therefore,systematically answered the question of how to construct a theoretical system of social formation.Reflecting on this theory and other theories of social formation,in the process of constructing Chinese independent theoretical system of Marxist social formation in the new era,we still need to deal with the contradiction between the localization of academic discourse and the consensus of discourse systems,and avoid imposing uniformity in all cases.
