摘　　要：目的比较川渝两地妇女保健领域关注公共健康任务程度的差异,分析其对妇女保健健康结果指标的影响。方法收集2004—2023年重庆市、四川省与妇女健康相关的政策文件,针对政策文件中妇女保健领域公共健康任务关注程度包含的4个二级指标进行赋值和量化处理,分析其关注公共健康任务的程度与孕产妇死亡率之间的关系。结果2004—2023年川渝两地妇女保健领域关注公共健康任务的程度不断上升,重庆市由7.4%上升到44.5%,四川省从12.4%上升到46.4%;川渝两地妇女保健领域关注公共健康任务的程度与当地孕产妇死亡率之间呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(r重庆市=-0.957、r四川省=-0.992,P<0.01)。结论川渝两地妇女保健领域关注公共健康任务的程度均有所提高,但总体处于较低水平,四川省妇女保健领域关注公共健康任务的程度高于重庆市。Objective To compare the differences in the degree of attention to public health tasks in women’s healthcare between Chongqing and Sichuan,and analyze their impact on the health outcome indicators of women’s healthcare.Methods A comprehensive and systematic collection of policy documents related to women’s health in Chongqing and Sichuan from 2004 to 2023 was conducted.The four secondary indicators of the degree of attention to public health tasks in the women’s healthcare field were assigned values and quantified.The relationship between the degree of attention to public health tasks and maternal mortality rate was analyzed.Results The degree of attention to public health tasks in women’s healthcare in Chongqing and Sichuan increased continuously from 2004 to 2023,with Chongqing rising from 7.4%to 44.5%and Sichuan from 12.4%to 46.4%.The degree of attention to public health tasks in women’s healthcare in Chongqing and Sichuan was significantly negatively correlated with the maternal mortality rate in the respective areas(rChongqing=-0.957,rSichuan=-0.992,P<0.01).Conclusion The degree of attention to public health tasks in women’s healthcare in Chongqing and Sichuan has increased overall,but remains at a low level.The degree of attention to public health tasks in women’s healthcare in Sichuan is higher than that in Chongqing.
