摘　　要：医防融合是健康中国战略的重要环节,是在新发展理念引领下,医疗体系和疾病预防控制体系改革从以疾病为中心转向以健康为中心的转变。济南市疾病预防控制中心与儿童医院深化战略合作,结合各自特点、发挥各自优势、实现资源共享,积极探索医防融合新模式。通过分析济南市医防融合试点的现状、存在问题及效果,建议坚持预防为主,进一步加强整合医疗和预防资源、加强人才培养、推进信息化平台建设及落实有效的激励机制。以科技创新推动医防融合领域的进步和发展,为人民群众提供更加优质、高效的卫生健康服务。The integration of medicine and prevention is an important part of the Healthy China strategy,which is a transformation of the medical system and disease prevention and control system from disease centered to health centered under the guidance of new development concepts.Jinan Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Children’s Hospital have deepened strategic cooperation,combined their respective characteristics,given play to their respective advantages and realized resource sharing,and actively explored a new model of medical and prevention integration.By analyzing the current situation,existing problems and effects of the pilot of medical and prevention integration in Jinan City,it is suggested to stick to prevention,further integrate medical and prevention resources,strengthen personnel training,promote the construction of information platform and implement an effective incentive mechanism.Through scientific and technological innovation,promoting the progress and development in the field of medical and prevention integration to provide more high-quality and efficient health services for the people.
