摘　　要：目的对2020—2022年广东省医疗卫生资源的空间布局及集聚水平进行分析评价,为促进广东省优化配置医疗卫生资源提供参考。方法采用Arcgis 10.7软件对广东省每千人口执业(助理)医师数、每千人口注册护士数、每千人口床位数空间布局进行空间自相关分析及热点区域分析;计算全局Moran’s I指数、Getis-Ord Gi^(*)指数。结果2020—2022年广东省医疗卫生资源空间分布不均衡,整体呈现出以珠三角及粤北地区为中心向四周逐渐减少的趋势,并在珠三角及粤北地区形成集聚值高的“热点地区”,在粤东地区形成集聚值低的“冷点地区”。结论广东省医疗卫生资源空间布局具有地理空间规律,应利用政府宏观调控的力量完善空间布局,控制并削弱“马太效应”“虹吸效应”及市场竞争所导致的资源配置不平衡的态势。Objective Analyzing and evaluating the spatial layout and agglomeration level of medical and health resources in Guangdong Province from 2020 to 2022,so as to provide reference for promoting the optimal allocation of medical and health resources in Guangdong Province.Methods Arcgis 10.7 software was used to conduct spatial autocorrelation analysis and hot spot area analysis on the number of practicing(assistant)doctors,registered nurses and beds per 1000 people,calculate the global Moran’s I index and Geti-Ord Gi^(*)index.Results The spatial distribution of medical and health resources in Guangdong Province was unbalanced from 2020 to 2022,The overall trend was gradually decreasing from the Pearl River Delta and northern Guangdong regions towards the surrounding areas,and forming“hot spot areas”with high agglomeration value in the Pearl River Delta and northern Guangdong,“cold spot areas”with low agglomeration value in eastern Guangdong.Conclusion The spatial layout of medical and health resources in Guangdong Province has the geographical spatial law,it is necessary to use the government macro-control force to improve the spatial layout,to control and weaken the“Matthew effect”,“siphon effect”,and the imbalance of resource allocation caused by the market competition.
