单采血小板定期献血者队伍可持续发展策略分析

摘　　要：目的探讨构建可持续发展的单采血小板定期献血者队伍的长效机制,以保障单采血小板稳定、充足、安全供应。方法通过在献血全流程运用数字化信息平台、开展健康管理指导等措施,为单采血小板定期献血者提供献血后延伸服务。对2018—2022年41322名单采血小板定期献血者的相关指标进行统计分析。结果与2018年相比,2022年单采血小板重复献血人次占比、定期献血人次占比分别增长了26.2%、31.1%,单采重复献血量、定期献血量占比分别增长了27.3%、33.4%。与2018年相比,2022年献血前血液检测指标不合格人次、占比分别下降51.7%、47.9%,二者献血前检测不合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=804.024,P<0.01)。结论合理应用智能化信息技术、提供献血后延伸服务等措施不仅有助于单采血小板定期献血者队伍的可持续健康发展,也为建立定期献血者队伍长效机制提供了科学依据。Objective Exploring the long term mechanism for building a sustainable apheresis platelet regular blood donor team,to ensure stable,sufficient and safe supply of apheresis platelet.Methods By adopting measures such as utilizing digital information platforms throughout the entire blood donation process and providing health management guidance,to provide post donation extended services for regular blood donors.From 2018 to 2022,the relevant indicators of 41322 apheresis platelet regular blood donors were observed and analyzed.Results Compared with 2018,the proportion of of person times of repeat apheresis platelet blood donors and regular blood donors increased by 26.2%and 31.1%respectively in 2022.The proportion of volume of repeat apheresis blood donors and regular blood donors increased by 27.3%and 33.4%respectively.Compared with 2018,the number and proportion of people who failed blood testing indicators before blood donation in 2022 decreased by 51.7%and 47.9%,respectively;there was a statistically significant difference in the failure rate of pre blood donation testing between two groups(χ^(2)=804.024,P<0.01).Conclusion Reasonable application of intelligent information technology and provision of extended services after blood donation not only contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of the apheresis platelet regular blood donor team,but also provide scientific basis for establishing a long-term mechanism for regular blood donors.
