摘　　要：目的了解少数民族流动人口基本公共卫生服务利用状况及影响因素,为提高少数民族流动人口基本公共卫生服务利用率提供借鉴和参考。方法利用2018年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据,选取少数民族流动人口样本13060人作为研究对象,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行χ^(2)检验和二元logistic回归模型分析。结果少数民族流动人口接受健康教育、建立居民健康档案、签约家庭医生签约服务的比例分别为81.1%、29.2%、12.2%。大专及以上,工作单位性质国有及国有控股企业,已婚,流动时长≥5年,流动地区中、西部的少数民族流动人口更倾向于接受基本公共卫生服务。结论少数民族流动人口基本公共卫生服务整体利用率不高且受到多种因素影响,需要充分考虑其民族特性,有针对性地开展基本公共卫生服务工作,不断提升少数民族流动人口的健康意识。Objective To understand the utilization status and influencing factors of basic public health services for ethnic minority floating population,and to provide reference and guidance for improving the utilization rate of basic public health services for ethnic minority floating population.Methods Using the 2018 China mobile population dynamic monitoring survey data,13060 samples of ethnic minority mobile population were selected as the research subjects.SPSS 19.0 software was used for chi square test and binary logistic regression model analysis.Results The proportions of ethnic minority floating population receiving health education services,establishing health records,and signing family doctors contract service were 81.1%,29.2%and 12.2%.Ethnic minority migrant populations with college degrees or above,working in state-owned or state-controlled enterprises,married,with a minimum of 5 years of mobility,and residing in the central and western regions were more inclined to receive basic public health services.Conclusion The overall utilization rate of basic public health services for ethnic minority floating population is not high and is affected by various factors.It is necessary to fully consider their ethnic characteristics,carry out targeted basic public health service work,and continuously improve the health awareness of ethnic minority floating population.
