广州市基层医疗卫生机构医务人员参与健康科普创作现状和对策分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市基层医务人员开展健康科普创作的意愿、参与现状、影响因素及培训需求,为促进基层医务人员参与健康科普创作提供对策和建议。方法采用简单随机抽样方法,对广州市基层医务人员开展问卷调查。通过二元logistic回归分析基层医务人员开展健康科普创作意愿与实际参与率的影响因素。结果有意愿开展健康科普创作者占85.80%,实际参与过健康科普创作者占40.58%。工作单位在中心城区、在新媒体上开展过健康科普宣教、健康教育专职或兼职、赞成将健康科普作品纳入职称或岗位晋升评定的基层医务人员开展健康科普创作的意愿更高(OR=2.688、2.772、3.716、4.119,P<0.05)。结论广州市基层医务人员开展健康科普创作意愿强烈,但实际参与率较低。建议相关部门建立医务人员开展健康科普的激励机制,提升医务人员健康科普技能,加强基层健康科普人才队伍建设。Objective To understand the willingness,participation status,influencing factors and training needs of health science popularization creation among grassroots medical staff in Guangzhou City,and to provide countermeasures and suggestions to promote the participation of them in health science popularization creation.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among grassroots medical staff in Guangzhou City using simple random sampling method.Binary logistic regression model was used to explore the influencing factors of the willingness and the actual participation rate of health science popularization creation among grassroots medical staff.Results There were 85.80%of medical staff were willing to carry out health science popularization,while 40.58%actually participated in health science popularization.Medical staff who worked in central urban areas,carried out health education on new media,were full-time or part-time health education personnel,supported the inclusion of health science popularization works in professional titles or job promotion evaluations had a higher willingness to engage in health science popularization creation(OR=2.688,2.772,3.716,4.119,P<0.05).Conclusion Grassroots medical staff in Guangzhou City have strong willingness to carry out health science popularization creation,but the actual participation rate is relatively low.The health administrative department should establish incentive mechanisms to encourage community medical staff to carry out health science popularization,enhance their health science popularization skills,and strengthen the cultivation of health popularization talent teams.
