摘  要:目的对2020—2024年宁波市重症中暑病例的特征进行分析。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法选取2020年7月—2024年7月宁波市230例重症中暑病例作为研究对象,分析重症中暑病例的时间、年龄、城乡、行为分布,并采用相对危险度分析研究对象在高温热浪期间发病的风险特征。结果2020—2024年宁波市每年8月患病占比最高,为51.74%,7月次之,6月最少;年龄60~<80岁最多,占36.96%;男性居多,占63.91%;城市人口居多,占60.00%。2022年热浪期间发病率最高,为75.81%。结论2020—2024年宁波市重症中暑病例特征为2022年居多,老年、男性占比较高,城市人口居多,且多为室外工作者,热浪期间患病风险更高。Objective To analyze the characteristics of severe heat stroke cases in Ningbo City from 2020 to 2024.Methods A total of 230 severe heat stroke cases in Ningbo City were selected from July 2020 to July 2024 as the research subjects by simple random sampling method.The time,age,urban and rural areas,and behavior distribution of severe heat stroke cases were analyzed,and relative risk was used to analyze the risk characteristics of study subjects during high temperature and heat wave.Results From 2020 to 2024,the proportion of illness in Ningbo City in August was the highest(51.74%),followed by July,and the least in June.Aged from 60 to under 80 years old were the most,accounting for 36.96%.Most of them were males,accounting for 63.91%.The majority of the population were urban population,accounting for 60.00%.The incidence rate was the highest during heat wave in 2022,accounting for 75.81%.Conclusion From 2020 to 2024,the severe heat stroke cases in Ningbo City are mostly in 2022,with a high proportion of elderly and male patients,a large urban population,and most of them are outdoor workers,the risk of illness is higher during heat wave.
