摘　　要：在城镇化快速推进背景下,小城镇作为城市化的重要载体,在西部城乡融合发展中发挥着桥梁作用。针对西部小城镇老城区普遍存在的土地利用粗放、配套设施不足、城市吸引力下降等共性问题,探索适应发展规律、破解土地瓶颈、平衡资金压力的系统性解决方案。以拜城县老城区为例,提出“三手段、六驱动”的公共空间更新策略,以期为其他类似项目提供参考。In the context of rapid urbanization,small towns,as an important carrier of urbanization,play a bridge role in the integrated development of urban and rural areas in the western region.In view of the common problems of extensive land use,insufficient supporting facilities and declining urban attractiveness in the old urban areas of small towns in western China,exploring systematic solutions to adapt to development laws,solve land bottlenecks and balance financial pressure.Taking old town of Baicheng County as an example,the public space renewal strategies of“three means and six drives”are proposed,in order to provide references for other similar projects.
