摘　　要：随着人们对建筑品质要求的提升及可持续发展理念的深入,将住宅建筑设计与新型建筑工业化倡导的方法和技术相结合显得尤为关键。阐述住宅建筑设计、新型建筑工业化概念,以“梦想居”未来屋示范项目为例,提出住宅建筑设计策略,为其他类似住宅建筑设计提供参考。With the improvement of people’s requirements for building quality and the deepening of the concept of sustaina-ble development,the combination of residential building design and the methods and technologies advocated by the industrialization of new buildings is particularly crucial.The concepts of residential architectural design and new building industrialization are expounded,taking the“Dream Home”future house demonstration project as an example,proposing residential architectural design strategies,in order to provide references for other similar residential architectural design.
