摘 要:在25℃川东北地区土壤模拟液中对X65管线钢进行不同时间的浸泡腐蚀试验,研究了该钢的腐蚀规律。采用失重法测定了腐蚀速率,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)观察分析了腐蚀产物形貌和组成。结果表明:随着浸泡时间的延长,腐蚀产物从单一絮状产物逐渐演变成内层致密且外层为絮状的双层产物膜,腐蚀形貌从不均匀腐蚀演变为均匀腐蚀,腐蚀产物主要为Fe_(3)O_(4)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、FeO(OH),腐蚀速率呈现出先增加后降低的趋势。The corrosion behavior of X65 pipeline steel was studied by immersion corrosion test at 25℃ in simulated soil solution in Northeast Sichuan.The corrosion rate was determined by weight loss method.The morphology and composition of corrosion products were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that with the increase of immersion time,the corrosion products gradually evolved from a single flocculent product to a double-layer product film with a dense inner layer and a flocculent outer layer,and the corrosion morphology changed from uneven corrosion to uniform corrosion.The corrosion products were mainly composed of Fe_(3)O_(4),Fe_(2)O_(3),FeO(OH),and the corrosion rate showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.
