摘 要:课题组以Zr(NO_(3))_(2)·5H_(2)O、Ce(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O、Al(NO_(3))_(3)·9H_(2)O为原材料,采用共沉淀法、分步沉淀法、水热法和溶胶-凝胶法四种不同方法合成铈锆铝复合氧化物(CZA),通过XRD、SEM和BET对合成的CZA样品进行表征,并测试四种不同方法合成的样品对CO的催化氧化活性。实验结果表明,溶胶-凝胶法合成的样品CZA-SG没有形成很好的晶相,比表面积最低(97 m^(2)/g),导致其在CO催化氧化反应中的活性表现不佳。在400℃时,CZA-SG对CO的转化率仅为84.7%。相比之下,水热法合成的样品CZA-HT展现出优异的晶相结构。而分步沉淀法合成的样品CZA-SP具有最高的比表面积(184.7 m^(2)/g),其CO氧化性能也最为出色,在400℃时CO的转化率高达97.4%。此外,分步沉淀法的合成工艺简便,设备要求不高,适用于工业化的生产。The research group used Zr(NO_(3))_(2)·5H_(2)O、Ce(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O、Al(NO_(3))_(3)·9H_(2)O as raw materials to synthesize cerium zirconium aluminum composite oxide(CZA)by four different methods,namely,coprecipitation,stepwise precipitation,hydrothermal method and sol gel method.The experimental results showed that CZA-SG synthesized by the sol-gel method did not form a good crystal phase,and its specific surface area was the lowest(97 m^(2)/g),which led to its poor activity in CO catalytic oxidation reaction.At 400℃,the conversion rate of CO by CZA-SG is only 84.7%.In contrast,the sample CZA-HT synthesized by hydrothermal method exhibits excellent crystal phase structure.The sample CZA-SP synthesized by stepwise precipitation method has the highest specific surface area(184.7 m^(2)//g),and its CO oxidation performance is also the most outstanding,with a CO conversion rate of up to 97.4%at 400℃.In addition,the stepwise precipitation method has a simple synthesis process and low equipment requirements,making it suitable for industrial production.
