基于内滤效应的绿色荧光碳点合成及其在环境水样中MnO_(4)-离子检测应用

摘  要:课题组以间苯二胺作为前驱体,采用水热法合成了一种绿色荧光碳点(G-CDs),并通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、红外光谱(FT-IR)等技术对其形貌、表面化学、光学性能等进行了表征。研究结果显示:G-CDs由碳、氮、氧三种元素组成,其中,氨基氮占比43.6%,吡啶氮占比41.9%,吡咯氮占比14.5%,表明G-CDs中含有大量芳香结构和氨基功能团;在400 nm光激发下,G-CDs的最大发射峰位于515 nm;当MnO_(4)−存在时,由于MnO_(4)−离子的紫外-可见吸收与G-CDs的荧光激发光谱有很大程度重叠,产生显著的MnO4−内滤效应,导致G-CDs荧光猝灭;且当MnO_(4)−离子浓度在0.01~1 mM,G-CDs的荧光强度与MnO_(4)−浓度线性相关,基于此,课题组构建了一种绿色荧光探针,实现了其对环境水样中MnO_(4)−的检测。In this work,green fluorescent carbon dots(G-CDs)was synthesized by hydrothermal method using m-phenylenediamine as a precursor,and their morphology,surface chemistry and optical properties were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The results showed that G-CDs were composed of carbon,nitrogen and oxygen,the percentage of amino N,pyridine N and pyrrole N accounted for 43.6%,41.9%,and 14.5%,indicating that a large number of aromatic structures and–NH_(2)groups existed in G-CDs.Excited by 400 nm light,the maximum emission peak located at 515 nm.In view of that the ultraviolet-visible absorption of MnO_(4)-overlaps with the fluorescence excitation spectra of G-CDs greatly,resulting in the internal filtration effect to quench the fluorescence of G-CDs.In the range of 0.01~1 mM,the fluorescence intensity is linearly correlated with the concentration of MnO_(4)−,realizing the detection of MnO4-ions in environmental water samples.
