摘　　要：新时代对文化建设提出了数字化转型升级的新要求,公共图书馆服务和文化产业数字化耦合协调发展,是公共文化和文化产业数字化迈上新台阶的具体反映。基于2012—2021年我国省域面板数据,构建公共图书馆服务和文化产业数字化双系统指标体系,综合运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型、灰色关联分析等方法,测算双系统综合发展水平,揭示二者耦合协调发展关系,并探寻耦合协调度的重要影响因素。研究发现:我国公共图书馆服务和文化产业数字化发展水平整体保持上升趋势,公共图书馆服务年均值始终高于文化产业数字化年均值,但差距逐年缩小;二者耦合度和耦合协调度也基本呈现上升态势,耦合度整体上一直处于较高水平,协调度基础较薄弱,但提升速度较快,到2021年绝大部分省份都达到过渡或协调阶段;多数省份为同步发展型或公共图书馆服务发展超前型;数字环境、阅读服务、服务设施3个层面指标和耦合协调度关系最密切。The new era has raised new requirements for the digital transformation and upgrading of cultural development.The coordinated development of public library services and cultural industry digitization is a concrete manifestation of the advancement of public culture and the cultural industry's digitalization.Based on provincial panel data of China between 2012 and 2021,this paper constructs a dual-system index framework for public library services and cultural industry digitization.Using methods such as the entropy method,coupling coordination model,and grey correlation analysis,the paper measures the comprehensive development level of the dual systems,reveals the relationship between their coupling and coordinated development,and explores the key influencing factors of coupling coordination.The research finds that the overall development level of public library services and cultural industry digitization in China has consistently risen.The annual average value of public library services has always been higher than that of cultural industry digitization,but the gap has been narrowing year by year.The coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the two systems have also generally shown an upward trend.The coupling degree has remained high overall,while the foundation for coordination has been weak but is improving rapidly.By 2021,the majority of provinces had reached either the transition or coordination stages.Most provinces are characterized by synchronous development or a more advanced development of public library services.The three key dimensions—digital environment,reading services,and service facilities—are most closely related to the degree of coupling and coordination.
