摘  要:X射线荧光光谱法测定蛭石中主次成分,需要解决没有蛭石标准样品的问题。研究采用熔融法制样,以蛇纹石、硅灰石、叶蜡石标准样品按不同比例配制的混合标准样品,制备系列标准玻璃样片,在X射线荧光光谱仪上分析强度,建立校准曲线,测定蛭石中二氧化硅、氧化钙、氧化镁、三氧化二铝的含量。并介绍了配制混合标样方法、灼烧条件、熔融条件、分析参数、基体校正等。使用仪器自带软件进行经验系数法校正标准曲线后,各组分的标准曲线相关线性在0.9992~0.9997之间。通过对比分析及精密度测定,结果显示:该方法与化学法测定结果的差值均在允许误差范围内,对试样进行重复10次测定,各组分的相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.28%~0.99%之间。该方法准确度高、精密度好,能够满足蛭石的日常分析需求,且大大缩短了分析流程,提高了工作效率。The determination of primary and secondary components in vermiculite withX-ray fluorescence spectroscopy needs to address the issue of no standard vermiculite samples.This article uses the melting method to prepare a series of standard glass samples by mixing standard samples of serpentine,wollastonite and pyrophyllite in different proportions.The intensity is analyzed on an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,and a calibration curve is established to determine the content of silicon dioxide,calcium oxide,magnesium oxide and aluminum trioxide in vermiculite.The paper has introduced the method of preparing mixed standard samples,burning conditions,melting conditions,analysis parameters,matrix correction,etc.After using the instrument's built-in software to calibrate the standard curve by the empirical coefficient method,the correlation linearity of the standard curves for each component is between 0.9992 and 0.9997.Through comparative analysis and precision measurement,the result shows that the difference between the measurement results of this method and the chemical method is within the allowable error range.The sample is repeated 10 analysis times,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of each component is between 0.28%and 0.99%.This method has the high accuracy and good precision,which can meet the daily analysis needs of vermiculite,greatly shorten the analysis process,and improve the work efficiency.
