摘  要:产教融合是新时代职业教育实现高质量发展的必由之路,打造高素质“双师型”教师队伍是职业教育增强适应性和践行人才培养的关键。针对当前职业院校“双师型”教师胜任力不足、培育成效不佳、发展动力欠缺等问题,从服务产教融合的目标要求,提出以提升“双师型”教师的教学创新、技术研发、社会服务“三大能力”为主要目标,围绕职业素养、专业素养、教育素养、服务素养和数字素养“五个维度”,通过明确定位、搭建平台、完善机制等方式,打造一支高素质的“双师型”教师队伍。The integration of industry and education is the only way for vocational education to achieve high-quality development in the new era,and building a high-quality"dual-qualification"teacher team is the key to enhancing the adaptability of vocational education and practicing talent training.In view of the current problems of insufficient competency,poor cultivation effect and lack of development motivation of"double-qualification"teachers in vocational colleges,from the goal of serving the integration of industry and education,it is proposed to improve the"three major capabilities"of"dual-qualification"teachers including teaching innovation,technology research and development,and social service as the main goal,focusing on the"five dimensions"of professional quality,professional quality,educational literacy,service literacy and digital literacy,and building a high-quality"dual-qualification"teacher team through clear positioning,building a platform and improving the mechanism.
