从技术焦虑到数智驾驭:AIGC发展与青年数智素养的培育

摘  要:AIGC发展推动了社会生产生活和人类交互认知方式的联动变革,深刻改写了当代青年的生存环境。一方面,青年由于对未来发展不确定性预期的增加而产生技术焦虑;另一方面,生成式人工智能技术的应用又需要青年祛除技术迷思,驾驭数智生活。为此,从AIGC发展与青年数智素养培育的客观要求出发,提出AIGC生存境域下数智素养的内涵、基本框架和层次内容,以及价值有向、教育有为、实践有道、权责有法的培育理路,以文化传承与发展、教育改革与创新、产教融合与实践、数智权利与责任的实施方略,统筹推动青年数智素养的提升。The development of AIGC has promoted the linkage change of social production and life and human interaction and cognition,and profoundly rewritten the living realm of contemporary youth.On the one hand,young people have technological anxiety due to the increase in uncertainty expectations for future development,and on the other hand,the application of generative AI technology requires young people to dispel technological myths and control digital and intelligent life.Therefore,starting from the objective requirements of the development of AIGC and the cultivation of young people's digital and intellectual literacy,the connotation,basic framework and hierarchical content of digital and intellectual literacy in the living realm of AIGC are proposed,as well as the cultivation path of value,education,practice,and law,and the implementation strategy of cultural inheritance and development,educational reform and innovation,integration and practice of industry and education,and digital intelligence rights and responsibilities to promote the improvement of young people's digital and intellectual literacy as a whole.
