摘　　要：新时期乡村振兴战略的实施,为地勘单位创新地质工作提供了无限机遇。在分析乡村振兴背景和内涵、江苏省地质工作在乡村振兴方面的成功实践基础上,探讨了江苏省乡村振兴对地质工作的需求。基于此,从顶层设计、综合能力建设、服务国家战略、拓展业务领域、创新工作机制等方面提出了地勘单位支持乡村振兴战略实施的相关对策建议。The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era has provided significant opportunities for geological exploration units to innovate in the field of geological work.Based on the analysis of the background and connotation of rural revitalization,as well as the successful practices of geological work in Jiangsu Province regarding rural revitalization,this paper explores the demands of rural revitalization in Jiangsu Province for geological work.Accordingly,we propose relevant countermeasures and suggestions from aspects such as top-level design,comprehensive capacity building,serving national strategies,expanding business areas,and innovating work mechanisms for geological exploration units to support the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
