摘　　要：浙江省在推进“文化强村”建设进程中,文化特派员制度发挥着独特且关键的作用。剖析文化特派员赋能乡村的内在实践机理,通过调研数据与案例对其效能进行多维度检验,并针对现存问题提出切实可行的提升路径,旨在为乡村文化振兴提供具有前瞻性与实操性的理论支撑与实践借鉴,助力浙江省乃至全国乡村文化的繁荣发展。In the process of promoting the"Cultural Strong Village"initiative in Zhejiang,the cultural dispatcher system plays a unique and crucial role.This paper analyzes the operational mechanism of cultural dispatchers empowering rural areas,conducts multi-dimensional efficacy inspections through survey data and case studies,and proposes feasible enhancement pathways targeting existing issues.The aim is to provide forward-looking and practical theoretical support and practical references for the revitalization of rural culture,thereby promoting its prosperity and development in Zhejiang and nationwide.
