摘　　要：在乡村振兴背景下,促进脱贫劳动力的稳定就业和创业是实现可持续发展的关键。通过分析当前脱贫劳动力就业创业的现状与挑战,探讨如何在政策、技术和市场等方面提供支持。首先,在政策支持方面,政府应完善就业扶持政策,提供职业培训和教育,帮助劳动力提升技能。同时,鼓励企业参与扶贫项目,通过税收优惠和补贴等方式激励企业吸纳脱贫劳动力。其次,在技术支持方面,推动信息技术在农村的普及应用,提高劳动力的数字化能力。此外,发展农村电商平台,为脱贫劳动力提供创业机会。最后,在市场支持方面,建立健全农村劳动力市场信息服务体系,促进劳动力与企业的高效对接。通过案例分析和实地调研,研究发现,综合运用上述措施能够有效提高脱贫劳动力的就业稳定性和创业成功率。研究指出,未来的政策制定应更加注重精准性,确保每一个脱贫劳动力都能在乡村振兴战略中获得长足发展。In the context of rural revitalization,promoting stable employment and entrepreneurship of poverty-stricken labor force is the key to achieving sustainable development.This article analyzes the current situation and challenges of employment and entrepreneurship among povertystricken labor force,and explores how to provide support in policy,technology,and market aspects.Firstly,in terms of policy support,the government should improve employment support policies,provide vocational training and education,and help the workforce improve their skills.At the same time,encourage enterprises to participate in poverty alleviation projects and incentivize them to absorb poverty-stricken labor through tax incentives and subsidies.Secondly,in terms of technical support,we will promote the widespread application of information technology in rural areas and enhance the digital capabilities of the workforce.In addition,developing rural e-commerce platforms to provide entrepreneurial opportunities for poverty-stricken labor force.Finally,in terms of market support,establish and improve the rural labor market information service system to promote efficient integration between labor and enterprises.Through case analysis and field research,it has been found that the comprehensive application of the above measures can effectively improve the employment stability and entrepreneurial success rate of poverty-stricken labor force.Research suggests that future policymaking should pay more attention to precision and effectiveness,ensuring that every poverty-stricken labor force can achieve significant development in the rural revitalization strategy.
