摘　　要：近年来,中国儿童中过敏性疾病的发病率急剧增加,这对儿童的身心健康和家庭经济状况产生了深远的影响。本文探讨了紧密型儿童医疗联合体在建立儿科过敏性疾病分级诊疗数字化体系中的重要性。并指出通过构建紧密型儿童医疗联合体,可显著增强基层医疗机构对儿童过敏性疾病的识别和治疗能力,实现对过敏性疾病患者提供一致的高质量医疗服务。同时,“儿童过敏全程管理行动”利用数字化平台,促进了儿童过敏性疾病的慢性病管理和分级诊疗的实施,为构建儿科过敏性疾病分级诊疗的数字化体系提供了实践指导和理论依据。In recent years,the incidence of allergic diseases among children in China has risen sharply,exerting a profound influence on children’s physical and mental health as well as the economic conditions of their families.This article explores the significance of the compact pediatric medical alliance in establishing a digital system for the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric allergic diseases.It is noted that by constructing the compact pediatric medical alliance,the identification and treatment capabilities of primary medical institutions for childhood allergic diseases can be significantly enhanced,achieving the provision of consistent and high-quality medical services to patients with allergic diseases.Meanwhile,the“Full-process Management Initiative for Children’s Allergies”utilizes a digital platform to facilitate the implementation of chronic disease management and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of childhood allergic diseases,providing practical guidance and theoretical basis for the establishment of the digital system for the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric allergic diseases.
