摘　　要：建立评价体系是促进阅读推广高质量发展的重要工作。文章基于理论回顾、文献调研、德尔菲法、层次分析法,构建由四个一级指标、11个二级指标、49个三级指标组成的图书馆数字阅读推广服务效能评价指标体系,并应用该指标体系评价广东省五所“双一流”大学图书馆的数字阅读推广服务效能,在此基础上提出图书馆数字阅读推广服务效能提升建议。Building an evaluation system is an important effort to promote the high-quality development of reading promotion.With a review of relevant theories and literature,this paper presents an evaluation index system for the service effectiveness of digital reading promotion in libraries using Delphi and Analytical Hierarchy Process methods,which consists of 4 first-class indicators,11 second-class indicators and 49 third-class indicators.By applying the index system to evaluate the service effectiveness of digital reading promotion carried out by 5 university libraries included in the“double world-class project”in Guangdong province,it puts forward some suggestions for improving the service effectiveness of digital reading promotion in libraries.
