摘　　要：设计作为关键的“中介型”力量,其承担着联结非遗与社会机构组织和个体,推进“非遗+”产业融合的“社会设计”与“文化设计”责任。设计通过赋能形成协同共进的组织模式,用发展的、全局的视角对待“非遗+”产业,对非遗传承人培育、文化产品与服务、文化场域空间等进行系统性建设。通过培养传承人创新性思维与创造的主动性、优化非遗的展陈与推广形式、开发具有时代价值的文创产品、设立非遗工坊与文化体验活动等手段,充分激活非遗与地方特色文化融合开发,从而带动地方创业就业与经济发展,并有效促进非遗原生文化环境的可持续发展。As a key “intermediary” force, design is responsible for “social design” and “cultural design” in linking intangible cultural heritage with social organizations and individuals, and promoting the integration of “intangible cultural heritage +” industry. Design through empowerment to form a synergistic organizational model, treat ‘intangible cultural heritage +' industry with a developmental and global perspective, and carry out systematic construction on the cultivation of intangible cultural heritage bearers, cultural products and services, and cultural space. Through the cultivation of innovative thinking and creative initiative of the inheritors, optimization of the exhibition and promotion of intangible cultural heritage, development of cultural and creative products with contemporary value, establishment of intangible cultural heritage workshops and cultural experience activities, etc., we can fully activate the integration and development of intangible cultural heritage and local characteristic culture, so as to drive the entrepreneurship, employment and economic development of the local community, and to effectively promote the sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage native environment.
