超软吹填土地基单体地固件荷载试验研究

摘　　要：地固件工法是一种新型的软土地基加固技术,它是在土工袋的基础上改进而来的,通过在袋内设置高强度的桁架吊带,增强结构的整体性,大幅度提高加固地基的性能。在处理软弱地基时,具有柔性保形、排水成壳、应力扩散、极限承载力高等优点。在桁架带内置的四角方形地固件基础上,改变桁架带布置形式与袋体外形,提出了桁架带外置四角方形地固件、外置四边方形地固件、外置圆形地固件。对桁架带外置式地固件、捆绑土工袋和普通土工袋进行了抗倾覆能力测试,试验得到了各个试件的极限荷载和抗倾覆刚度。在各类型构件的极限荷载与抗倾覆刚度的比较中均得出相似结论:桁架带外置四角方形与外置四边方形相当,二者优于外置圆形地固件,各类型地固件优于捆绑式土工袋与普通土工袋。The Divided Box(D-Box)is a new kind of soft soil reinforcement technology,and is an improved version of soilbags,by setting high strength truss sling inside the bag.It can enhance the integrity of the structure and greatly improves the performance of reinforced foundation.When dealing with weak foundations,it has the advantages of flexible conformal,shell drainage,stress diffusion and high ultimate bearing capacity.Based on the internal quadrangular square D-Box.In this study the layout form of truss belt and the shape of bag were changed and the external quadrangular square D-Box,external quadrilateral square D-Box and external circular D-Box were proposed.The anti-overturning ability of various types of D-Box,binding soilbags and ordinary soilbags were tested.The ultimate load and antioverturning stiffness of each specimen were obtained and similar conclusions were drawn.The external quadrangular square D-Box performs comparably to the external quadrilateral square D-Box,both of which are superior to the external circular D-Box,and all kinds of D-Boxes are superior to the binding soilbags and ordinary soilbags.
