数字化赋能城乡产业融合:作用机制与实证检验

摘　　要：推动城乡产业融合是实现乡村振兴的重要内容,数字化为推动城乡产业融合提供了技术机遇。文章结合数字化和城乡产业融合的内涵,分析了数字化赋能城乡产业融合的机制;基于2011-2021年中国30个省域的面板数据,采用面板计量模型实证检验了数字化赋能城乡产业融合的机制。研究结果表明:数字化可以推动城乡产业融合,数字化发展水平每提高1个单位,城乡产业融合水平会提高0.508个单位;数字化可以通过促进城乡要素流动和提高创业活跃度两个途径推动城乡产业融合。因此,我国可以从加快数字乡村建设、加强数字化与产业的有效衔接、健全城乡要素流动机制、优化营商环境等方面推动城乡产业融合。Promoting the integration of urban and rural industries is an important aspect of achieving rural revitalization,and digitalization provides technological opportunities for promoting the integration of urban and rural industries.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011-2021,this paper analyzes and tests the mechanism of digital enabling urban and rural industrial integration.The results indicate that digitization can promote the integration of urban and rural industries.For every unit increase in the level of digital development,the level of urban-rural industrial integration will increase by O.508 units.Digitization can promote the integration of urban and rural industries through two ways:promoting the flow of urban and rural factors and increasing entrepreneurial activity.We can promote the integration of urban and rural industries by accelerating the construction of digital rural areas,strengthening the effective connection between digitalization and industry,improving the mechanism of urban-rural factor flow,and optimizing the business environment.
