早期康复护理联合心理干预对腕管综合征患者术后手功能和负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的评估早期康复护理联合心理干预对腕管综合征患者术后手功能恢复及情绪状态的影响。方法选取2022年7月至2024年3月滨州医学院附属医院采取腕管综合征手术治疗的78例患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受术后早期常规康复训练,观察组在常规康复训练的基础上开展心理干预。对两组患者术后1 d、1个月视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、波士顿腕管调查问卷(BCTQ)评分及护理满意度进行比较。结果术后1个月两组患者VAS评分、SAS和SDS评分、BCTQ评分均较术后1 d显著改善,且观察组指标优于对照组;护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在早期康复护理基础上联合心理干预,可以更好促进腕管综合征患者术后手功能恢复,减少负面情绪影响,缓解疼痛,提高护理满意度。Objective To evaluate the effects of early rehabilitation nursing combined with psychological intervention on postoperative hand function recovery and emotional state in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods Seventy-eight patients who underwent carpal tunnel syndrome surgery at Binzhou Medical University Hospital from July 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group by random number table method.Patients in the control group received early postoperative regular rehabilitation training,while patients in the observation group received additional psychological intervention.Visual analog scale(VAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Boston carpal tunnel questionnaire(BCTQ)scores at 1 d and 1 month postoperatively as well as nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 months postoperatively,both groups showed significant improvements in VAS,SAS,SDS and BCTQ scores when compared with those at 1 d postoperatively(P<0.05),and the indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group at 1 month after the surgery(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with carpal tunnel syndrome,psychological intervention based on early rehabilitation nursing could promote postoperative recovery of hand function,reduce the impaction of negative emotions,relieve pain and enhance nursing satisfaction more effectively.
