摘　　要：寰枢椎后路微创手术具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,近年来受到脊柱医师的关注。本文阐述寰枢椎的解剖与生理功能,介绍寰枢椎后路手术的发展历程,总结寰枢椎后路微创手术技术的优势、原理、步骤及临床应用,同时展现其在寰枢椎疾病治疗中的广阔前景。Minimally invasive posterior atlantoaxial spine surgery has been attracting attention from spine surgeons in recent years because of its advantages of less trauma,faster recovery,and fewer complications.This article describes the anatomy and physiological function of the atlantoaxial spine,introduces the development history of posterior atlantoaxial surgery,and summarizes the advantages,principles,steps and clinical applications of minimally invasive posterior atlantoaxial surgical technique,and shows its broad prospects in the treatment of atlantoaxial diseases.
