摘　　要：足副舟骨疼痛综合征主要表现为以舟骨内侧为核心的急慢性疼痛和肿胀,根据患者病史、体检结果、X线片等影像学资料,结合病理分析结果可明确诊断。本文就目前足副舟骨解剖学分型、影像学检查以及足副舟骨疼痛综合征的治疗进展进行综述。Accessory navicular syndrome is mainly manifested as acute and chronic pain and swelling in the medial scaphoid bone.The diagnosis can be confirmed according to the patients'medical history,physical examination,X-ray and other imaging data,combined with pathological analysis.This article reviews the current research progress of anatomical classification and imaging examination of accessory navicular,as well as treatment of accessory navicular syndrome.
