摘 要:利用2020年全国研究生满意度调查数据,采用logit回归模型,辅以质性访谈,分析跨学科读博经历对博士生学术职业倾向的影响。调查发现整体上相较于未跨学科读博的学生,低度跨学科读博的学生更倾向于从事学术职业,高度跨学科读博的学生更倾向于从事非学术职业,这种差异表明学科跨度与博士生从事学术职业的可能性具有“倒U型”特征。高度跨学科读博的学生,即使出于学术追求读博,但最终更有可能“逃离学术”;若该博士生坚持选择从事学术职业,则更有可能从事博士后研究。This study examines the impact of interdisciplinary doctoral study on the academic career preferences of doctoral students,using data from the 2020 National Postgraduate Satisfaction Survey.A logit regression model,supplemented by qualitative interviews,is employed to analyze the findings.The results reveal that,compared to their peers who did not engage in interdisciplinary doctoral study,students with lower levels of interdisciplinary exposure are more likely to pursue academic careers;while those with higher levels are more inclined towards non-academic paths.An“inverted U-shaped”relationship emerges between the extent of interdisciplinary study and the likelihood of choosing an academic career.Specifically,students with high levels of interdisciplinary study—despite pursuing a doctorate with academic intentions—are more prone to“escape academia.”However,if they persist in academia,they are more likely to engage in postdoctoral research.
