摘  要:纤维增强水泥基复合材料的力学性能受掺杂纤维类型影响较明显,通过开展聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl al-cohol,PVA)纤维增强水泥基复合材料三点弯曲梁断裂试验,研究纤维掺量对其断裂性能的影响。对比不同体积分数PVA纤维试件的试验研究,基于双K断裂准则分析起裂和失稳特征,并结合断裂能参数分析纤维掺量对复合材料断裂性能的影响,同时利用数字图像相关方法研究裂缝扩展过程,讨论纤维的阻裂增韧机制。结果表明:PVA纤维可显著提高复合材料的断裂性能,且随着纤维掺量的增多,试件呈现出多缝开裂现象,改善了材料的脆性特征。此外,数字图像分析结果表明PVA纤维对裂尖应变损伤区的抑制效果显著,有效提高了试件的阻裂能力。The mechanical properties of fiber-reinforced cementitious composites are more significantly influenced by the type of fibers.The three-point bending beam fracture test of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber-reinforced cementitious composites was carried out to study the effect of fiber admixture on fracture properties.Comparing the test data of specimens with different volume fraction of PVA fibers experimental study,the influence of fiber admixture on the fracture performance of the composites was studied by analyzing the initiation and instability characteristics based on the double-K fracture criterion and combining the fracture energy parameters.At the same time,digital image correlation method was used to study the crack extension process and discuss the crack-resisting and toughening mechanism of fiber.The results indicate that PVA fibers significantly improve the fracture properties of the composites,and with the increase of fiber mixing,the specimens show the phenomenon of multi-crack,which improve the brittleness characteristics of the material.In addition,the results of digital image analysis show that PVA fibers have significant inhibition effect on the strain damage zone of the crack tip,which effectively improve the crack resistance of the specimens.
