摘 要:近年来,全球城市内涝灾害日益突出。高精度城市淹没情况模拟可为城市内涝防范提供重要指导。为此,本文提出了基于倾斜摄影和Mohid-Land的高精度城市内涝情景模拟方法,并再现了深圳“4·11”暴雨事件。首先利用城市倾斜摄影三维模型建立数字地表模型、真正射影像等地形文件,并从中提取内涝模型建模所需参数以完善排水管网和汇水区模型;在Mohid-Land模型中,分别构建出一维管网模型和二维地表径流模型,通过建立全时段耦合关系交换管网和地表流量构建城市内涝模型;再将“4·11”的降雨时间序列输入模型,开展了深圳市中心区域的内涝模拟,并结合城市倾斜摄影模型实现了城市内涝的高真实感三维可视化。模拟结果与实际水深的平均准确率高达94.7%。最后,基于该方法绘制了100年重现期下深圳市中心区域的内涝风险图,为防汛减灾部署提供了重要决策依据。In recent years,urban flooding disasters have become increasingly prominent worldwide.High-fidelity simulation of urban inundation can provide important guidance for urban flooding prevention.Hence,this paper proposed a high-fidelity urban flooding scenario simulation method based on oblique photography and replicated the 4-11 rainstorm event in Shenzhen.Firstly,a digital surface model,true digital orthophoto map,and other terrain files were constructed using the urban oblique photography three-dimensional model,from which parameters required for the flooding model construction were extracted to refine the drainage network and catchment models.Within the Mohid-Land model,a onedimensional pipe network model and a two-dimensional surface runoff model were developed,with a fully coupled relationship established to exchange flows between the pipe network and surface,forming an integrated urban flooding model.The rainfall time series of the 4-11 event can be input into the model to simulate the flooding in the central area of Shenzhen,and high-fidelity three dimensional visualization of urban flooding was realized by incorporating the urban oblique photography model.The results showed that the average accuracy of the simulation results comparing with the actual water depth can be up to 94.7%.Finally,the urban flooding risk map of the central area of Shenzhen under the 100-year return period was drawn based on the method,which provides an important decision reference for its flood control and disaster reduction.
