脉冲射频联合椎间孔注射在神经根型颈椎病中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析脉冲射频联合椎间孔注射在神经根型颈椎病中的应用效果。方法:将2021年11月—2022年11月武汉市第三医院收治的118例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组。对照组59例予以椎间孔注射治疗,研究组59例在此基础上联合脉冲射频治疗。比较两组治疗前后的疼痛程度、关节活动度及炎症指标,评价两组的治疗优良率及不良反应。结果:治疗后研究组的疼痛缓解程度优于对照组,颈椎屈伸、旋转活动角度均高于对照组,白细胞介素6(IL‑6)、肿瘤坏死因子‑α(TNF‑α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的Odom评分优良率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脉冲射频联合椎间孔注射治疗神经根型颈椎病效果显著,安全性高,可显著缓解疼痛,改善颈椎活动度,缓解炎症状态。Objective:To analyze the effect of pulsed radio frequency combined with intervertebral foramen injection in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 118 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,who were treated at Wuhan Third Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022,were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,59 cases were treated with intervertebral foramen injection,while in the study group,59 cases were treated with pulsed radio frequency therapy on the basis of the control group's treatment.The degree of pain,joint activity,and inflammation indicators were compared before and after treatment between the two groups,and the rates of treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:After treatment,compared with that respectively in the control group,the pain relief degree was better,the flexion and extension angles and rotation angles of the cervical spine were higher,and the levels of interleukin‑6(IL‑6)and tumor necrosis factor‑α(TNF‑α)were lower in the study group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of Odom score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pulsed radio frequency combined with intervertebral foramen injection is effective and safe in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,significantly alleviating pain,improving cervical spine mobility,and reducing inflammation.
