摘 要:雄激素性脱发(AGA)是临床最常见的脱发类型,往往会对患者的身心健康产生不利的影响。AGA患病年龄逐渐年轻化,且发病率逐年增加,人们对AGA治疗的需求也相应上升,亟须研究确定能有效治疗AGA的药物。动物模型在研究治疗雄激素源性脱发中发挥着关键作用,根据具体需求选择适合的脱发模型可以达到事半功倍的效果。本文综述了常见雄激素性脱发动物模型的建立方法,旨在为研究者选择合适的动物模型,从而加速药物研发过程提供参考。Androgenetic alopecia(AGA)is the most common type of hair loss in the clinic and often harms the physical and mental health of patients.With the decreasing age of onset of AGA,the incidence rate increases year by year,and correspondingly,the demand for AGA treatment also rises,prompting research to determine effective drugs for AGA treatment.Animal models of androgenic alopecia play a key role in exploring its treatment,and selecting appropriate alopecia models according to different needs can significantly enhance the efficiency of the research.This paper reviews the commonly used methods for establishing androgenetic alopecia animal models,providing a reference for researchers selecting appropriate animal models and accelerating drug discovery and development.
