摘 要:为实现磨矿过程的精确控制优化,通过PCS7系统采集球磨机的进水量、加矿量、加球量等多项关键数据,以及现场运行情况和历史数据,分析了磨矿过程各变量之间的影响关系。针对泵池液位波动导致旋流器流量和压力不稳定等问题,提出了泵池液位的控制优化、旋流器流量和压力的控制优化以及磨机进水量、加矿量和加球量的协调控制等方法。通过现场运行数据表明,这些控制优化策略有效提高了磨矿系统的运行稳定性、磨矿效率和产品质量。并指出未来的研究可以从加强新型控制算法和技术的研究与应用、磨矿过程的全流程优化研究、完善控制模型、加强与实际生产的紧密结合等方面展开。In order to realize the precise control optimization of the grinding process,the PCS7 system is used to collect a number of key data such as the water inflow,ore addition and ball addition of the ball mill,as well as the field operation and historical data,and the influence relationship between the variables of the grinding process is analyzed.Aiming at the problems of unstable flow and pressure of the cyclone caused by the fluctuation of the liquid level of the pump pool,the control optimization of the liquid level of the pump pool,the control optimization of the flow and pressure of the cyclone,and the coordinated control of the water intake,ore amount and ball amount of the mill are proposed.The field operation data show that these control optimization strategies effectively improve the operation stability,grinding efficiency and prod-uct quality of the grinding system.It is pointed out that future research can be carried out from the aspects of strengthening the research and application of new control algorithms and technologies,optimizing the whole process of grinding process,improving the control model,and strengthening the close integration with actu-al production.
