摘 要:为解决复杂地质条件下,煤矿掘进巷道中存在的稳定性减弱、采矿工程质量与进度受影响等问题,深入探讨高强预应力锚网索支护的原理与应用。基于巷道实际情况,通过爆破卸压、铺设金属网、锚杆打入及预紧、中空注浆锚索等多个关键步骤,对巷道进行高强预应力锚网索支护施工。研究结果显示,巷道顶板离层变化量和围岩表面位移量显著降低,且均小于最大限值,完全符合支护施工质量规范。此技术特别适用于地质条件复杂、稳定性要求高的巷道,可有效保障煤矿巷道的稳定与安全,显著提高采矿工程的整体质量与进度。In order to solve the problems of weak stability and affected mining engineering quality and progress in coal mining roadway under complex geological conditions,the principle and application of high-strength prestressed anchor bolt net and cable support construction technology are discussed in depth.Based on the actual situation of roadway,the construction of high-strength prestressed anchor net and cable sup-port is carried out through several key steps,such as blasting pressure relief,laying metal mesh,driving and pre-tightening of anchor rod,and hollow grouting anchor cable.The research results show that the varia-tion of roof separation and surface displacement of surrounding rock are significantly reduced,and both are less than the maximum limit value,which fully conforms to the quality specification of support construction.This technology is especially suitable for the roadway with complex geological conditions and high roadway stability requirements,which can effectively guarantee the stability and safety of coal roadway and signifi-cantly improve the overall quality and progress of mining engineering.
