摘  要:针对某大型铁矿采用单阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法存在采切工程量大、底柱回收难、开采成本高、矿石回采率低等问题,提出了并阶段连续开采嗣后充填采矿方法,结合矿体赋存条件和井下生产现状进行并阶段采矿方法优化设计,并开展现场工业试验。试验结果表明,优化后的单采场采出矿量增加113.4%,矿石回采率提高了6个百分点,单位矿石开采成本下降10.8%,获得了较好的技术经济指标,对矿山后续生产和经营具有较好的综合效益。Aiming at the problems of large amount of mining and cutting,difficult recovery of bottom pillar,high mining cost and low recovery rate of ore in a large iron mine using single-stage open stoping sub-sequent filling mining method,a combining stages continuous mining and subsequent filling mining method is proposed.Combined with the occurrence conditions of ore body and the current situation of underground production,the optimization design of the mining method is carried out,and the field industrial test is car-ried out.The test results show that the optimized single-stope mining volume increases by 113.4%,the ore recovery rate is increased by 6 percentage points,and the unit ore mining cost is reduced by 10.8%.Good technical and economic indicators have been obtained,which have good comprehensive benefits for the sub-sequent production and operation of the mine.
